I can’t say enough positive things about these videos, the book, or the concepts that Doug Brignole has brought to those seeking their best physique in the most efficient amount of time. I bought the book (Physics of Fitness) when it was first made available in December 2016, and have been benefiting from it ever since. I first saw Doug on Ric Drasin’s youtube channel and was extremely impressed with his insight into what I was seeking since I first starting lifting weights in 1990: what are the best exercises for each muscle group to get the best results…and WHY! That’s the thing – I was looking for someone to credibly explain to me why this exercise is best and not that one. A lot of exercises look productive, but which one/ones are the best?? Everyone desires to put forth their best appearance, but there is more to life than the inside of a weightroom. I can’t be in the weightroom 2 hours per day 6 or 7 days per week doing every exercise I have ever heard of. Now, I know I don’t have to. By teaching us about these 20 exercises and why they were selected, Doug made it possible to achieve the best physique we are genetically capable of in the least amount of time…now there is time and energy left over for all life has to offer and take part in…thank you Doug for your knowledge and Moe for all your doing as well to bring smarttraining365 to people!
I just bought Doug’s videos, the videos compliment the book. The videos do a great job explaining all the exercises that are in the books with some additional exercises that are not in the book. I have my NASM CPT and CES, I have taken Biomechanic courses in college and have a Biomechanic certification, both were very informational. But Doug’s books and videos have taken my understanding of biomechanics to the next level
