Life changing program! After doing the traditional Olympic constraint training lists and exercises for over a decade and thinking that soreness was just part of it, I came across the brig20 by chance, I bought and read the book, enrolled in and completed the online brig20 program and have used the brig20 exercises since May. Who would have thought you could achieve more muscle growth without injury and soreness? Amazing! I would recommend this and the online program for everyone. I’m thinking of getting the certification as a next Step.
